![]() ![]() From your diagram it looks as if the balance point is close to the center of the key. I’m not a piano designer or tech but the distance between the balance points must be different for different brands and models and is determined when the piano is designed based on the length, weight and balance point of the keys. White keys are longer and heavier than black keys so that is why their fulcrum point is further from the action and closer to the keyboard. I've enjoyed enhancing my keyboard and It's been a pleasure to deal with DVN, thanks.The balance rail and fulcrum point of the keys must produce an even feeling between black and white keys. Now all you have to do is stick the treble clef sticker on the middle C key and the bass Clef sticker on the last key to your left. ![]() Then you go down the sheet of stickers until you come to the bass clef and stick those stickers from the left of middle C until you run out of keys. ![]() Starting at the top left of the stickers is middle C, and you just keep placing the stickers from middle C to the right until you run out of keys. The instructions are fairly easy to follow but do assume that you know the treble clef starts at middle C going right for the right hand, and the bass keys are to the left of this. Don't worry about position too much as they can be peeled and reapplied without too much trouble. To be honest I found it easier to use a craft knife to peel the stickers off and place then rather than the little lolly stick provided. The Ebook is in PDF format so easy to download and print off. I had to contact the seller as I couldn't find it at first, but they just emailed me another copy. ![]() The Ebook is fantastic to get you going with both hands. These little stickers are great, and the multi colours are also useful as all the C's & D's etc are the same colour so easy to spot, especially once you start playing with both hands. ![]()
